I posted some new pictures. Time has not been my friend lately.
Of course we busted out the pool to let the kiddos dive in, which Brier did. He loved it. Baylor hated it. She just doesn't like cold water even though we let it warm up all day. It was still to cold for her. The little diva.
It is true, can you believe, he does exist. If you don't know who this is. It is my husband and the kids father. He was home for a whopping 3 days and then gone again. He was gone the whole month of May and of right now a majority of June. As you can tell Baylor didn't lose her Daddy's Girl clingy-ness while he was gone.
I thought it would be a good idea for Baylor to start getting use to going to get a haircut. She slept through the whole thing and so did Brier. Do you know how hard it is to give a 1 & 3 year old haircuts while they're asleep.
He's our all boy, Daddy loving, amazingly messy, John Deere adoring, people pleasing, ultra sensitive, chocolate craving,brown eyed, mercifully giving, bed hopping, dangerously destructive, absolutely precious first born.
She's our total diva, big hearted, completely dramatic, very talkative, nurturing, terribly sassy, independent, fashion forward, fruit craving, Mommy helping, sorta sneaky, beautifully stunning second born!

Brier and Camden can have a swimming play date and Baylor can work on her tan. :)
As for the haircuts...it has to be easier to do it while they're asleep compared to giving Camden one when he's awake. (he's not a fan)
glad he made it home...I can't imagine how hard it is for you. I am praying for you every day. If you ever need anyone to watch you kids for a few hours...I WOULD LOVE TOO.
That pool is adorable! Wish I'd seen that one! And I am in disbelief that those kids were able to stay asleep through a haircut, if you didn't have the pictures to prove it I might not believe you.
