The Fair

If I haven't told you before. I hate the fair. I'm not sure exactly why. I don't have a horrible childhood experience there. I just don't like it, but the good mother I am I want my kids to experience it. So we took Brier but left Baylor because it's just a nasty place for a little girl to be.

Baylor is into everything these days. I don't remember Brier being like this. He wanted to explore things but just to walk around with you. She is taking all of our DVDs out of their drawer here. No, she's not really pulling up on things yet she just put her hand up there and feels around until she can grab some and then pulls it out. She does that to Brier table too.

She loves getting under tables like Brier's train table. I think she was telling him "Dude, this is great. Mom will never find us here."

"Oh snap, we've been busted"

"Guess, we should laugh about it"

Her first time to fall asleep while eating.

Picture Overload

I've been lagging behind lately, so here are a lot of pictures from the last month or so.

Baylor at the lake on Labor Day. I can't remember exactly but I think she was saying, "Seriously mom do you know what the temperature is out here? Really, you do, then put the camera down and take me back inside where the nice cool AC is going." That might not be the exact wording she used.
See this is where I like it in the nice cool house.

They were helping me put the sheets on my bed. Don't tell them but they were not being much help. SHHH!

2 peas in a pod
(I don't think they have earaches)

Sorry, it is out of focus

So, I was getting ready for church and Baylor and Brier we're having their morning snack and I hear Baylor start crying a little and I hear Brier say "you need more, baby" she cries a little more and I hear him say "just a minute, baby" and then this happened. I have a feeling they will be best friends soon. And by the way, I was watching the whole thing they just didn't know it.

Here is Brier's new saddle. I think Dusty was more excited about it then Brier was.

As for me, I wasn't excited about it but Dusty said it was a must have.

Rain, Rain go away

Not really, I like it.

Here are some pictures that I received in my email this morning so right off the bat a quick email discussion was going in our office if these were real? Since being all of us are graphic artist and our jobs are to make stuff look different than what you imagine or think it should look like. After much discussion and looking at great detail at things that we would leave out or skip to speed things up I decided that these are in fact real. I assume Pete will keep us updated on the news today.

What do you think?

Slacker Mom

I know I need to post something new. I just haven't felt like it the last week or so. Keep checking back because I will put up something new maybe even interesting soon when I feel more up to talking.
